Pastry Crusts, Baking Pies, Genoise w/Ganache (sponge cake w/chocolate frosting) and Mousse - Dessert making is very different from other types of everyday cooking. Ingredients are basic (flour, sugar, eggs) but for sweet success following straightforward steps are necessary.
